Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One active event, up to 20 players — no credit card required, no time limit. Use it as long as you want.
Can I try Club features before paying?
Yes. New organizations get a 14-day Club trial automatically. See the full platform — auto pairings, QR scoring, push notifications, all of it — before choosing a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop to Free automatically. No charge, no surprise. Your events and data are preserved. Upgrade any time from your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Never. Not for the free plan, not for the trial. You only enter payment info when you choose to upgrade.
Is pricing annual only?
Currently yes — annual billing gives you the best rate. Monthly billing is on the roadmap. Email us if that's a blocker.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Charges are prorated for the remaining period.
What scoring formats are included?
All plans include Scramble, Best Ball, Chapman, and Individual stroke play. Skins, Match Play brackets, and Ryder Cup are Club-only.
Do players need an account to score?
The Club plan includes QR guest scoring — players scan a QR code on their printed scorecard and enter scores without any account at all.
