The tee sheet is yours to switch on. It comes with the Club plan, but nothing appears until you want it — you turn the sheet on in Settings, and you can turn it off again at any time. Nothing is deleted when you do; your bookings come back the moment you switch it back on.
Frequently asked questions.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan never expires — no credit card, no trial clock. It covers one event at a time, up to 3 a year, with up to 20 players each. Need more? Upgrade to League or Club for unlimited events.
Can I try Club features before paying?
Yes. New organizations get a 14-day Club trial automatically. See the full platform — auto pairings, push notifications, the advanced formats, all of it — before choosing a plan. No card needed.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop to Free automatically. No charge, no surprise. Your events and data are preserved. Upgrade any time from your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Never. Not for the free plan, not for the trial. You only enter payment info when you choose to upgrade.
Is pricing annual only?
For clubs, yes — League and Club are billed annually, which gives you the best rate. Monthly billing for clubs is on the roadmap; email us if that's a blocker. Player+, for individual golfers, already bills monthly at $4.99.
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. If you decide to step down a plan, it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep everything until then.
What scoring formats are included?
Every plan includes Stroke Play, Scramble, Best Ball, Chapman, Stableford (with Quota), Wolf, and Nassau — plus Skins as a side game on a stroke play or Stableford event. Skins as a full event, Match Play brackets, and Ryder Cup need the Club plan.
Do players need an account to score?
No. QR guest scoring is included on both paid plans, League and Club. Players scan the code on their printed scorecard or their cart sign and enter scores with no account at all — and it works for league nights just as well as one-off events.
Is the tee sheet included, and do I have to use it?
It's included with the Club plan, and no — using it is entirely your choice. Nothing about your tee sheet changes until you switch it on in Settings, and you can switch it back off whenever you like. Turning it off stops online booking and hides the sheet; it deletes nothing, and any upcoming bookings come straight back when you turn it on again.
Do my counter staff each need an account?
No, and they don't need an email address either. An admin adds whoever is working the desk by name, and each person gets their own four-digit code for the front desk screen. It's on every plan, including Free.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to Free. Your events, players, and history stay put. We don't refund part-years, so if you're not sure yet, use the free 14-day Club trial first — it needs no card.
